We had a lovely stay with our daughter and really appreciated Alessandro's help carrying our bags and giving us spot-on tips about the area. The comfy lounge and a small terrace were perfect for relaxing after our day out. Although the breakfast was a bit basic, the charm of the place made it all worth it! 😊

Our stay was amazing! The hotel is at a great location near fun cafes and shops, making it super easy to grab breakfast and explore Florence with the kids. The helpful staff gave us great tips for family-friendly restaurants too!
In my wife's opinion, a small play area for the kids would be great.

charming hotel steps from major florence attractions and eateries
My stay was a delight as it was only a short walk to the beautiful duomo and very close to gelato shops that satisfied my sweet tooth, and the staff were super friendly and helpful, which made my city strolls even more enjoyable. For solo travelers like me, the cozy atmosphere provided a perfect escape after adventuring all day. however, I wished there was a bit more variety at breakfast, but overall, it was an amazing experience.

Perfect location and comfy stay
We spent 5 nights in a double room and it was awesome! Just a short stroll to the Duomo and plenty of cute restaurants nearby. The room was super clean and the shower was great. Staff was super friendly, they chatted with us a lot. Just beware of the stairs, not ideal if you've got mobility issues.

The location is perfect for exploring Florence. Easily walked to the Duomo and other attractions. My room was cozy and clean, made it feel like home. Breakfast had a good variety, with fresh fruits and pastries. Staff were friendly and very helpful with recommendations. On the downside, it can get quite noisy at night due to the busy street outside, so bring earplugs. The stairs to the front desk can be challenging, especially with luggage. I appreciated the luggage storage after check-out.
